Immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings of Penn Forest with a meditative morning sound bath designed to support well-being, relaxation, and self-care!

Surrounded by the sounds of nature, you’ll be guided by Certified Sound Practitioner Katie DeFiglio to settle in and let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and voice wash over you. Together with the natural sounds of the forest, these resonant sounds can help melt away everyday stress, quiet the mind, and create a greater sense of peace and ease.

No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary. All are welcome!

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blankets so you can get cozy and comfortable. Optional seating will be provided. We will be outdoors on the covered porch, so dress in layers and come prepared for changing fall weather.
